EXECUTIVE OFFICER POSITION

The Greater
Pocatello Association of REALTORS® is seeking an Executive Officer (EO) to
manage and lead a local, 344+ member trade association. The EO is responsible to
the Board of Directors for the effective conduct of the affairs of the
association. The successful candidate must have demonstrated leadership
abilities, strong budgeting and management skills, political acumen, experience
working with volunteers, committees, and staff, and fundraising skills. The EO
must be an energetic strategic thinker, leader, administrator, manager and
communicator. Personal characteristics such as vision, excellent judgment, high
integrity, principled decision-making and a commitment to teamwork are
necessary. Positive additional characteristics include familiarity with
REALTOR® association management, education development and delivery, and an
understanding of technology. Compensation will be commensurate with experience
with an excellent benefit package.
